nation. We are the sole exhibitor in approximately 60% of
our markets, and are the dominant exhibitor in 80% of our
markets.

Last year in review:
We added 184 screens, including our largest complex to
date, the sixteen screen Broadway 16 in Myrtle Beach, South
Carolina.
Current projects:
Construction of approximately 316 screens and addition of
other screens through selective acquisitions. All newly
constructed auditoriums are equipped with Lucasfilm's
state-of-the-art THX® Digital surround systems. Also new is
our
Hollywood
Connection.
This 125,000 square foot complete entertainment complex is
located on approximately 11 acres in a high traffic area of Columbus,
Georgia, and is expected to draw patrons from a 50-mile radius. The
Hollywood Connection sm hosts a broad spectrum of entertainment including a
10-plex theatre equipped with Lucasfilm's THX® Digital surround sound
systems and stadium seating for unobstructed viewing and added comfort for
our patrons; an indoor roller skating rink; a themed
18-hole putting golf course; a bumper car attraction; a 7,000 square foot
state-of-the-art games arcade; Lieutenant's, a '50s-themed sit down
restaurant; a laser tag arena; a soft play structure; a carousel and several
